The IMCC Judging Standard governs how culinary competitions, evaluations and certifications are conducted under the Council's authority. Every juror is trained, ranked and accredited according to a transparent global framework.
Classes of Jurors
Class C — Associate Juror
Entry-level juror, observer status, accompanies senior jurors.
Class B — Certified Juror
Full national-level juror authority for sanctioned competitions.
Class A — Senior International Juror
International authority — leads panels and trains successors.
Master Examiner
The highest grade — sets standards and oversees Class A panels.
