Our Story
Born in France. Built for the world.
Founded as a non-profit cultural and professional council, IMCC was conceived to give chefs across continents a shared standard, a shared voice, and a shared honour.
From our headquarters in Paris — the historic capital of haute cuisine — we serve members across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia.
